Official Rules No Purchase Necessary HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Register to receive the Tech Outlet Weekly Specials e-mail and you are automatically entered to win. Contestants can register online at DenverTechoutlet.com or in person at Tech Outlet, 14015 East Exposition Ave., CO 80012. Unsubscribing your name from the weekly specials e-mail removes your name from being in the pool of names eligible to win the drawing. On June 28, 2010 one name will be drawn from the pool of names eligible to win per prize and each winner will be notified that they have won. Prizes: Grand Prize: Samsung BDP-1500 Blu-Ray Player—1 Winner 2nd Prize: Kodak Zi6 HD Camcorder—1 Winner 3rd Prize: Fujifilm Z30 Digital Camera—1 Winner WINNING: Winners will be chosen in a random drawing on location at Tech Outlet. Winners will be notified via their email address with the announcement: “YOU WON” followed by the winning prize. Winners must respond via e-mail or phone at 1-303-495-3105 to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited. Winners must pick up the prize in person at Tech Outlet, 14015 East Exposition Ave., CO 80012. Any additional charges, duties, taxes and sales taxes are the responsibility of the winner. LIMITATIONS: Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address. All claims subject to verification. Material submitted becomes property of Tech Outlet, LLC and will not be returned. If, due to a printing, production, e-mail, or other error, more prizes are claimed/redeemed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize. An entry made by Internet will be declared made by the “authorized e-mail account holder” and any damage made to the Web Site will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Tech Outlet, LLC with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission.
